In Loving Memory of Machelle Terry

Machelle Terry, 71, of Rochelle, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Born on February 2, 1955, in Wynne, Arkansas, Machelle was the beloved daughter of Lurid Moore, Priscila Faye Russell, and stepfather, Cecil Call. Throughout her life, she was known for her kindness, strength, humor, and generosity. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Machelle was deeply devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Jack Terry; her siblings, Kenneth (Tammy) Call and Janice Call; her children: Clifford (Jen) and Consuela Treadway; her grandchildren: Alyssa (Wade) Phillips, Maddilyn (Mauricio) Garcia, Chloe Treadway, Emerald & Sundae Elvin; and her great-grandchildren: Paisley & Jackson Phillips, and Roman & Isabella Garcia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lurid Moore, Priscila Faye Russell, and Cecil Call, as well as her siblings, Connie Moore-Newquest, Donald Moore, Terry Moore, and Michael Call.

In her free time, Machelle enjoyed playing with her dogs, donating to the Animal Humane Society, and having a glass of wine on the deck. Some of her happiest moments were spent playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, summers by the pool, and a full house especially for Christmas.

Above all, Machelle will be remembered for her love and her unwavering support for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
