Margaret L. Countryman, age 89, of Camden, South Carolina, formerly of Lindenwood, IL died on Monday, September 27, 2010 at the Kershaw Health Center in Camden, South Carolina. She was born on January 7, 1921, the daughter of Cecil D. and Gertrude Kuncle Henry. She married Richard F. Countryman on August 1, 1942 in Peoria, IL, he preceded her in death on May 14, 1981. Margaret was an alumnus of Knox College and her former memberships included the Lindenwood Union Church, V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post 3878 of Rochelle, and the Ogle County Farm Bureau.

Survivors include her sons: Fred (Sue) Countryman of Camden, SC
Richard Countryman of Oregon, IL
daughter: Carol (Ron) Whaley of Lindenwood
4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

Family graveside services will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010 at the Lindenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Les McClelland officiating.
