Marge V. Supler, age 85 of Rochelle, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008 at Pine Acres
Rehabilitation Center in DeKalb. She was born on Sept. 29, 1922 in Hartley, IA, the daughter of
Henry J. and Christine (Vogeler) Isley. Marge married Delbert Supler on Oct. 21, 1939 in South Dakota.
For 35 years, Marge worked in ladies apparel. She was employed by the Style Shop for 25 years
and then owned Town and Country Fashions for 10 years, retiring in 1987. Marge was a personal consultant for many of her clients over the years, assisting them for special occasions.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Rochelle. Preceding her were 4 brothers:
Charles, Raymond, Leland, and Paul Isley and 2 sisters: LaVerne Corwin and Pauline Carroll.
Survivors include her husband Del of Rochelle; 3 children: Karen Lee of Rochelle, Roger (Shirley France) Supler of Rockford, and Bonnie (Randy) Masterson of Rochelle; 6 grandchildren: Dawn (Lonny) Anderson, Greg (Schon Lowe) Walters, Jennifer (Ben) Manning, Deanna (Andy) Morris, Laura (Joe) Wilmarth-Tyna, and Roxanne (Stephen) Hanna; 7 great grandchildren: Lindsay Hoyle, Taylor Anderson, Lucas and Caden Manning, Makayla Morris, Zachory Hoyle and Logan Hanna.
Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Rochelle on Friday, Feb. 15, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Dr. John Hamilton. Visitation will be at Unger-Horner Funeral Home on
Thursday, Feb. 14th from 4 to 7 PM. Burial will be at Lawnridge Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers: Memorials can be made to Pine Acres Rehabilitation Center, DeKalb County Hospice or to the First Presbyterian Church.
