Marian Lorraine Fogle Anderson, 96, of Dixon IL, passed away Fri. Aug. 9, 2014 at Dixon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She was born in DeKalb, IL, November 18, 1917 the daughter of Ernest and Vida (Lipp) Taylor. Marian married William Fogle March 24, 1938 in Rochelle, he preceded her on April 2, 1985. She then remarried Thomas W. Anderson Nov. 9, 1990 and he preceded her on Dec. 17, 1993. She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers: Robert C. Taylor and Donald E. Taylor; 1 grandson: Craig Fogle July 11, 2011.

Marian is survived by 2 sons: Francis (Jean) Fogle of Dixon, IL and LeRoy (Nila) Fogle of Marietta, GA; one daughter: Marjorie (Robert) Meyer of Crosby, MN; 8 grand children: Tammy (Richard) Weidman, Yvonne (Mark) Johnson, Tonja (Mickey) Adkison, Keith Fogle, Vicki Sheets, Kevin (Renee) Meyer, Jeffrey (Jill) Meyer, Michelle (Matt) Reetz; Great Grand Children: Josh (Missy) Weidman, Jared (Ashley) Weidman, Abbey and Logan Johnson, Trey and Toria Adkison, Ashley and Axl Fogle, Kristen, Alexa, Casie and Nicole Meyer and Twins Allison and Nissa Reetz; Great Great Grandchildren: Berlin, June, Max and Mae Rose Weidman.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Aug. 12 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St. Rochelle. Visitation will be one hour before from 10:00 - 11:00 AM also on Tuesday. Memorials can be given to Christ Our Savior Church in Dixon. Burial will be at Lawnridge Cemetery.
