Marian L. Luxton 95 of Rochelle, IL died Monday Jan. 7, 2013. She was born March 18, 1917 in Paw Paw, IL the daughter of John and Pearl Towne Lambkin. She married Arthur H. Luxton Dec. 14, 1940 in Iowa, he preceded her in death on July 26, 2009.
She is also preceded by her 2 brothers: Archie and Richard Lambkin, and sister: Mildred Luxton.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of San Gabriel for their love and care.

Survived by her 2 sons: Dann Luxton of Rochelle, and Don (Belinda) Luxton of Rochelle; daughter: Jean (Craig) Leafblad of Eau Claire, WI; 13 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and a great granddaughter.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 - 7 pm at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle.
Funeral will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Creston Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Jin Yang Kim officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Creston Methodist Church.
Burial at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Creston.
Fellowship will follow at San Gabriel Assisted Living in Rochelle on Friday at 2:30 pm following the graveside.
