Marion M. DeCourcey 93 of Rochelle died Tuesday Aug. 12, 2008 at Franklin Grove Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 24, 1914 in Ashton, Illinois the daughter of Claude and Eva Baker Reed. She married Thomas L. DeCourcey Feb. 16, 1935 in Rochelle.

Preceded by her husband on Sept. 13, 1994 and 4 sisters Frances Pobstman, Helen Reed , Marjorie Payne and Lois Lower. Also 5 brothers Clare, Dallas Cyril, Paul and Warren Reed.
1 Great granddaughter Brittany Heinzeroth.

Member of St Patrick Catholic Church in Rochelle.

Survived by 2 daughters Louise (Thomas) Bemis of Chana and Marilyn (David) Piller of Mendota. 4 Grandchildern Thomas and Robert Bemis, Dale Piller and Martha Heinzeroth. 6 Great Grandchildren Kayla Lynn Bemis, William Thomas Leo Bemis and Kayliegh Heinzeroth Flanagan, Benjamin Heinzeroth, Jacob Heinzeroth and Sarah Piller.

Funeral mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday Aug. 14th at St Patrick Catholic Church, with visitation Wednesday from 5 to 7 at Unger-Horner Funeral home 400 N. 6th St. Rochelle.
Burial will be in St Patrick Cemetery Rochelle.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Ogle County Hospice and Rochelle Ambulance fund.
