Obituary
Mildred M. Allison, 85, of Rochelle, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at her home.
She was born on March 15, 1923 in Richland County, WI, the daughter of Lott T. and
Lula A. (Cook) Marshall. She had been previously employed by Kroger Co. and retired
after 28 years.
Mildred was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Linford, Beauford and Wilford Marshall;
and a daughter in law: Judith Allison in 2001.
Survivors include a son: Rev. Larry Allison of DeKalb and a daughter: Avis (Dennis)
Berg of Rochelle; 3 sisters: Hattie Markim of Richland Center, WI, Josephine Wells of Reedsburg, WI, and Jean Dary of Richland Center, WI; 3 granddaughters: Lisa Allison,
Lora Garland and Lana Bordeaux; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and care
giver: Malinda Wagner.
Services will be held at Unger-Horner Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Garland on Saturday,
May 10, 2008 at 10:30 AM. Visitation will be at Unger-Horner on Friday, May 9th from
4 to 8 PM. Burial is at Lawnridge Cemetery and Memorials to Ogle County
Hospice.
