Myrtle I. Bradle, 91, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at her daughter's home in Rockford, Illinois. Myrtle was born on July 24, 1929 to Forest and Josephine (Bue) Taylor in Esmond, IL. On November 24, 1948, she married Raymond G. Bradle in Esmond. He preceded her in death on October 28, 1993.
Myrtle loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially attending their activities and sporting events. While working at Hilltop Gas Station in Monroe Center for 20 years, she created many lasting friendships with people in the community. Her family and close friends were the center of her being.
Myrtle is survived by her three children: Keith Bradle of Stillman Valley, IL, Kent Bradle of Stillman Valley and Laurie (Terry) Stoll of Rockford, IL; three grandchildren: Stephanie (Dustin) Kirby, Blake (Heidi) Bradle and Sasha (Dan) Delaney; granddaughter-in-law, Nicole Bradle and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Myrtle is predeceased by her two brothers: Franklin and Willard and grandson, Brandon Bradle.
There will be a private family funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Mellon officiating. The service will be live streamed on the Unger-Horner Funeral Home Facebook page. Burial will follow the service at Monroe Center Cemetery in Monroe Center, IL.
