Obituary
Orva A. Jaeger, age 90, formerly of Lost Nation, IL, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006
at Franklin Grove Nursing Center. She was born on Sept. 2, 1916, the daughter of Ingvald and Torborg (Grover) Erickson. Orva married Gerhardt E. Jaeger on March 6, 1937 in Creston, IL, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 11, 1996. She was formerly employed at Eaton Corporation in Rochelle.
Preceded by: Sisters Alberta Mayo, and Ila Pohar.
Survivors include a son: Wesley Jaeger of Boston MA; 2 daughters: Charlotte (William) Hermann of Lombard, IL and Joan (Lawrence) Vandre of Sycamore, IL; 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a brother: Ralph Erickson of Rockford, IL.
Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rochelle, on Sat. December 16, 2006 at 10:30 A.M with the Rev. Mark Nordman officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Saturday prior to the service at the Church.
Burial will be at Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Rochelle.
