Pamela Sue Coil, age 51, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford surrounded by her family. She was born on January 6, 1960 in Rochelle, IL, the daughter of Gerald R. and Judith M. Burchett Houghtby. She is survived by her husband, Rick of Rochelle, her 4 sons: Jason (Theresa) Coil of Mishawaka, IN; Kevin (Beth) Coil, Dan Coil, and David Coil all of Rochelle; mother: Judy Wyatt of Rochelle, 2 brothers: Don Houghtby of Rockford, IL and Jerry "Tiger" Houghtby of Springfield; 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 8:00 PM on Monday, October 24, 2011 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle with a visitation from 6 - 8 PM prior to the service. A memorial has been established. Burial of her cremated remains will be at Trinity Memorial Gardens at a later date.
