Patty Jo Justice, age 58 passed away peacefully on the 12th of February 2011, with her family at her side, after struggling many years with Alzheimer's Disease. Pat was born on April 17, 1952 in Parkin, Ark., the daughter of Holder L. and Jennie Taylor Russell. She married William H. Justice Jr., on May 25, 1968 in Rochelle. Pat was a homemaker and spent her life taking care of her daughters and grandchildren. She loved being outside, whether it was planting flowers or taking a walk. She was a giving, kind and compassionate woman. Loved by all that were blessed to know her. Our Mom touched our lives and souls with her presence forever. She was a gift to us and we are so thankful to have called her Our Mom. She is preceded in death by her father, Holder Lafayette Russell, mother Jennie Faye Taylor and one infant brother Eddie. She is survived by her husband William H. Justice Jr., daughters Tina (William) Cupp of Rochelle, Tracy Russom of Rochelle, Kelly (Rafael) Contreras of Rochelle and Kate Justice (Kris Davis) of Mendota. Grandchildren Patrick and Justin Gaffket, Zachary and Isaac Contreras & Sophia Castillo. Siblings Carolyn (Jerry) Elder of Rochelle, Bubba (Bonnie) Russell of Mt. Morris, Jerry (Debbie) Russell of Oregon, Leemon Russell of Dixon & Kathy (Steve) Kasmar of Holcomb and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation to be held Wednesday, February 16th from 5pm to 7pm at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle. Funeral service will be at 10 AM on Thursday, February 17th. Memorials may be made to Unger-Horner Funeral Home.
