Pearl St. Clair, age 101, was chosen to go home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in Rochelle. Pearl was born on September 19, 1913 in Atwood, Tennessee to Francis and Sally Arjes Sellers. She married John St. Clair on April 10, 1954 in Ottawa, IL, he preceded her in death on October 22, 2005. She was also predeceased by an infant son, William Lee Miller; three brothers: Richard Sellers and twin brothers, Lonnie and Johnny Sellers; two sisters: Anna Sellers and Pearl's twin sister, Earl Lovett.

Pearl is survived by her daughter, Joan (Don) Barton of Malta; five grandchildren: Timothy (Vetta) Barton, Patricia (Todd) Schneider, Joyce (Randy) Dolister, Donna Williams and Mark (Amy) Barton; 12 great-grandchildren: Chadd (Heather) Barton, Derek (Sarah) Barton, Emily Cook, Katie Kessen, Alex Dolister, Casey (Andy) Swindell, Nicole (Nakia Jordon) Dolister, Andy, Rebecca, and Josh Barton, Taylor and Tara Schneider; and eight great great-grandchildren: Whitney Frank, Bryce Barton, Tristyn and Ella Barton, Camryn and Mady Swindell, Dakota Dolister, and Kayne Schneider.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle, with Chaplain Judy Williams officiating. The visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Thursday prior to the service. Burial will follow at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle. Memorials may be made to Hub City Senior Center.
