Rhonda L. Williams, 58, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Rockford Memorial Hospital in Rockford, IL. Rhonda was born on December 8, 1959 in Mansfield, Missouri. She briefly worked as a CNA at Rochelle Gardens. Over the last several years, Rhonda had the pleasure of meeting people and making many longtime friends while waitressing at the Sunrise Family Restaurant in Rochelle. She enjoyed cheering on the Chicago Bears and finding a good place to spin.

Rhonda is survived by her four children: Christina Williams of Rochelle, Stephanie Hannebaum of Byron, Devon (Joshua) Lampley of Rochelle and Derek Swanson of Sycamore; six grandchildren who meant the world to her: Summer Coffman, Micah Coffman, Cassandra Hannebaum, Michael Hannebaum III, Arianna Lampley and Bentley Swanson and she was so excited for her first great grandchild, Tobias, due in March. Although this is her immediate family, so many more family and friends have lost a great woman as well.

The visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:45 A.M., Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Chaplain Judy Williams officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded after the service. Her cremated body will be laid to rest with her mother at Woodlawn Cemetery in Creston, IL at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses.
