Richard "Kris" Math Krizsanitz, 84, of Rochelle, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Serenity House in Oregon, IL. He was born on July 22, 1926 in Evanston, IL, to Matyas and Elizabeth (Polich) Krizsanitz. Richard married Shirley Ann Godemann on Aug. 6, 1955 in Morton Grove, IL. Prior to retiring he was employed by Medinah Country Club. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters: Evelyn (an infant) and Elsie Saleski.

Survivors include his wife: Shirley of Rochelle; 2 sons: Kenneth (Jean) Krizsanitz of McHenry,
IL and Mike (Joyce) Krizsanitz of Franklin Grove, IL; and 3 grandchilden: Kenneth, James and Karl.

Memorial services will be held at Unger-Horner Funeral Home , 400 N. 6th St. in Rochelle, IL on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Judy Williams officiating Cremation rites were arranged by Unger-Horner. In lieu of flowers: memorials can be made to Ogle County Hospice.
