Robert Lee Bear, age 80, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Rochelle Rehabilitation Center. He was born on October 25, 1936 in Ripley County, Indiana, the son of Fred and Luella (Brooks) Bear. He married Donna Jean Rork on December 19, 1961 in Ripley County, Indiana. Robert retired as a lineman for IBEW. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dale, and niece, Jamie.

Survived by his wife, Donna Bear, children: Scott Bear, Crystal Bear, Bobby Bear and Mike (Juana) Bear; 11 grandchildren: Lisa, Katie, Jessie, Rachel, Daniel, Dustin, Carrie, Kenny, Destiny, Michael and Angelica; two brothers: Kenneth Bear and Norman Hart; sister, Margie Stanford, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4 - 7 pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6 ^th St., Rochelle. Funeral service will be at 10 am on Thursday at the Funeral Home with Rev.
