Ronald V. Corwin, age 73, of Rochelle, formerly of Sarasota, FL passed away at Rochelle Community Hospital on Monday, June 18, 2007. He was born on April 14, 1934 in Kewanee, IL, the son of Vernon and Lois (Bennett) Corwin. He married Patricia Meisel on Sept. 15, 1963 in Kewanee and she preceded him on April 9, 2006. Ron was employed by the First National Bank in Wyanet, IL prior to his retirement.

Survivors include a daughter: Rhonda (Brian) Russell of Rochelle; a son: Scott Corwin of
St. Petersburg, FL; 2 brothers: Bubby of Venice, FL and Terry Corwin of Odgen, IN; a sister: Joyce Winter of Kewanee, IL; 5 grandchildren: Alexis, and Cassidy Russell; and Brennan,
Chantel and Joshua Corwin.

Cremation rites were arranged by Unger-Horner Funeral Home and burial will be at Sarasota Memorial Park Cemetery in Sarasota, FL. Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
