Obituary
Ronald W. Pearson 83 of Rochelle died Friday Dec. 3, 2010 at home. He was born September 1, 1927 in Chicago, IL the son of Ranoll L. and Esther M. Wormet Pearson. He married Rita Cecco July 15, 1961 at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Rochelle.
Ron enjoyed raising beef cattle, and crop farming for many years in the Rochelle area. In his spare time he enjoyed coffee shop visits with his many friends. He served in U.S. Army during WWII and also during the Korean War. Ronald was a member of V.F.W. Post 3878 in Rochelle.
Ronald is survived by his wife Rita of Rochelle. Sons: Peter T. Pearson of East Dubuque, IL, Michael J. Pearson of Rockton, IL. Daughter: Mary Ann Pearson of Chicago, IL
Services will be Tuesday Dec. 7th 11:00 a.m. at Unger-Horner Funeral Home with a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 also on Tuesday. Burial with Military Rites will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery, Creston, IL.
