Ronald L. "Slim" "Slick" Seaton, age 69, died on Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Rochelle Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Ron was born in Rockford, IL on August 1, 1942. Ron loved life as a cowboy, riding bulls and bucking horses in rodeos. He had an extensive knowledge and love of horses, cattle, and cats. He is survived by his girlfriend, Linda Prawitz of Cortland, IL and several close friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle. Cremation rites have been accorded. A private interment of his cremated remains will be at the Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle. A memorial has been established care of Unger Horner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 87, Rochelle, IL 61068.
