Obituary
Ruby Nell Lowe, age 80, died on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Rochelle Gardens. She was born on January 26, 1929 in Mosheim, TN, the daughter of Crockett and Minnie Ragan Kinser. She married Cyle Adain Lowe on March 16, 1945, he preceded her in death on May 6, 2009. Ruby is also preceded in death by her son: Wayne.
Survivors included her daughter: Sandra Lowe of Ashton
2 granddaughters: Shelley Reynolds of Rochelle and Shannon Cochrane of Ashton
5 great grandchildren: Steven Sims, CJ Stone, Kayla Cochrane, Emily Stone, and Michael Cochrane.
A memorial service will be held for both Ruby and Cyle Lowe at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at the Grace United Baptist Church, 13741 East Flagg Rd, Rochelle with Pastor Chad Hall officiating.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
