Sandra Kay Estrem, age 69, of Hardin, KY, died Monday, December 19, 2011, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. Sandra was born daughter of Eugene and Evelyn (Burkhardt) Waters June 30, 1942 in Rochelle, IL. She graduated from the Rochelle Township High School in 1960. Sandra married David Estrem Oct. 19, 1963 in Rochelle, IL. She was employed by Caron Int. in Rochelle, until the plants closure. She was also a retired Human Resources Officer for 3M Manufacturing Co.. Sandra was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rochelle, IL.
She is survived by her husband; David Lee Estrem of Hardin, KY., one daughter; Suzanne (Richard) Sage of Rochelle, IL; son: Paul Eileen) Estrem of Grayslake, IL; six grandchildren: Amanda Sage, Felicia Sage and David Sage all of Rochelle, IL., Nick Estrem of Nashville, TN., Joe Estrem and Megan Estrem, both of Grayslake, IL.
One brother; Robert ( Donna ) Waters of Steward, IL also survives.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Sat. June 9, 2012 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle, IL with Rev. Gregory Hoffman. Visitation will be from 12:00-Noon - 1:45 PM Sat. at Unger-Horner Funeral Home. Burial of Cremated Body will be at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle.
