Sandra L. Lowe, age 65, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. She was born on December 11, 1948 in Rochelle, IL, the daughter of Cyle A. and Ruby Kinser Lowe. Sandra graduated with the class of 1967 from the Rochelle Township High School. She worked for many years as a crossing guard for Rochelle Elementary School District 231. Preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Wayne Lowe.

Survivors include her 2 daughters: Shelley (Louis) Reynolds of Rochelle, and Shannon Cochrane of Ashton; and 5 grandchildren: C.J., and Emily Stone, Steven Sims, Kayla and Michael Cochrane.

The family is having a memorial service at 10 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Four Square Church with Pastor Ken and Anne Erickson officiating. A luncheon will be served at 11:00 am following the service. Cremation arrangements were handled by the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle.
