Sean Christopher Powers, 46, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon, Illinois. Sean was born on February 6, 1973 to John "Bob" R. and Captola "Dee" C. (Sanders) Powers in Dixon, IL. He worked for 5Stones in Sycamore, IL for many years.

Sean is survived by his daughter, Paige (Devin Ingram) Powers of Roscoe, IL; mother, Dee Powers of Ashton, IL; three brothers: Steve (Corinne) Powers of Dixon, IL, Mark Powers of Ashton, IL and Kevin (Laura) Powers of Juda, WI; three sisters: Karen Cole of Rockford, IL, Tam (Randy) Klavenga and Christine (Rob) Haenitsch both of Ashton, IL.

He is preceded in death by his father, Bob.

Visitation will be from 2:00 - 5:00 P.M., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 P.M., with Pastor Dave Rogula officiating. Private burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date in the Ashton Cemetery.
