Obituary
Stella H. Olson, 97, of Steward, IL, passed away on Wed. Nov. 11, 2009 at Bethany Health Care Center in DeKalb. She was born on Oct. 23, 1912 in Spring Valley, IL to Rudolph and Lillian Edith (Jackson) Reppine. Stella married William M. Olson on March 28,1929, in Dixon, IL and
he preceded her on October 22, 1977. She was also preceded by brothers and sisters: Harl, Floyd,
Laura Pierson, Lillian Pollitt, Pauline Reppine, William, Gladys Strang, Ethel Korte, Albert, Virginia Strang, and Rudolph Jr. She was a member of the Steward Methodist Church and had previously been employed by DelMonte Corp. Survivors include her daughter: Ramona Carlson of Sycamore; and grandson: William H. (Connie) Snider of Creston.
Private family services were held at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home with burial at Steward Cemetery on Friday, November 13, 2009.
