MaDonna "Sue" Tieman, age 63, passed away unexpectedly at the St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford on April 18, 2015. She was born on January 8, 1952 in Evansville, Indiana, the daughter of William and Margaret Ritzel French. Prior to retiring, she worked as a Direct Support Professional at Kreider Family Services in Dixon. Sue enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, traveling and knitting. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her twin sister, LaDonna Johnson.

Survivors include her 3 daughters: Jennifer (Nathan) McGee of Rochelle; Jamie (Mo) Alam of Apple Valley, MN; and Brenda (Ryan) Hightshoe of Richfield, MN; 6 grandchildren: Kyla, Mallory, Carly, Ava, Samiha and Nadia; 6 great grandchildren: Lilly, Aiden, Jaxon, Brayley, Lani and Maddox; and her sister, Laura (John) Orlikowski, of Rochelle.

Visitation will be held from 5 - 7 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Unger Horner Funeral Home, 400 N 6th St., Rochelle. Cremation rites have been accorded.
