Obituary
Therese Marie Wise, 73, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, Illinois. Therese was born on December 2, 1948 to Stephen G. and Florence (Egan) Chruscielski in Chicago, IL.
Therese enjoyed music, dancing, and loved her six children. She was an active member of the Waubonsee Community College Steel Drum Band, playing concerts and parades for years throughout the Illinois Valley.
Therese is survived by her husband, Peter Wise of Phoenix, AZ, and her six children: Jacob Wise of Rochelle, IL; Lucas Wise and Daniel Wise, both of Phoenix, AZ; Stephen (Kris) Castaldi of Lombard, IL; Jennifer Wise of Ventura, CA and Laura Wise of Winchester, VA and six grandchildren: Renee, Christopher and Lucas Jr. Wise, Daniel Melendez Jr., and Lily and Katie Castaldi.
