Tim D. Stinnett, age 47, of Rochelle died suddenly Friday, Aug. 30, 2013 at Rochelle Community Hospital.
It is a shock to us to have to write this obituary of our baby brother Tim so soon after the passing of our mother 8 days ago. Tim was born Jan 3, 1966 in Pine Top, Kentucky the son of Martin and Roberta J. Collins Stinnett.

Tim received his barber license in 1997 from Lincoln Barber College and worked for Mike's Barber shop in Rochelle for 16 years. Tim enjoyed building bird houses, working with stain glass and taking care of his mother. He is proceeded by mother, Roberta, also his father, grandparents, several aunts and uncles and a brother-in-law, Mule Underwood.

He is survived by a very special young lady, Madison Casselman; brothers: Douglas Stinnett of Rockford, IL, Dale Stinnett of Ashton, IL, Terry (Sue) Stinnett of Ashton, IL and Dwayne Stinnett of Kentucky; four sisters: Diane Underwood of Rochelle, Tina Stinnett of Rochelle, Linda Kristoff of VA and Vina Stinnett of Rochelle; 3 sister-in-laws: Sherie Stinnett of Rochelle, Marilyn Stinnett of Durand, IL and Sheila White of Kentucky; Uncle: Ed Williams of Ky; 3 aunts: Peggy Sue Cox of KY, Lavinia Johnson of Ohio and Barbara June (Johnny) Turner of WV; several niece's and nephew's, and many friends he acquired over the years of being a barber.

For Tim: Tim you had a heart of gold, bigger than any I know, I know your heart was broken the day mom had to go. I know your now by her side with a big smile on your face, we needed you, you needed her and God gave you his grace.

Visitation will be held Wednesday Sept. 4, 2013 at Unger-Horner Funeral Home from 4 to 7 P.M.
Cremation rites will follow the visitation. In Lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
