Obituary
Vernon B. Tastad, 76, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 in Sterling, Illinois. Vernon was born September 12, 1938 in Rockford, Illinois to Lars and Josephine (Gittleson) Tastad. He is survived by his brother, Lawence (Gladys) Tastad, of Rochelle. The Unger-Horner Funeral Home is helping the family with a private service.
