William R. Brown Jr., 67, of Rochelle, IL, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Alden Park Strathmoor in Rockford, IL. He was born July 1, 1943 in Rochelle to William Ray and Beulah G. (DeHaven) Brown. He was in the class of 1961 at Rochelle Township High School. Bill
married Nancy Jane Beck on April 10, 1965 in Oregon, IL. He was previously a Purchasing Agent for Dun-Rite Tool and Fabrication in Cortland. Memberships include Reynolds
United Methodist Church. William was predeceased by a half brother: Eugene D. Erickson May of 2010.
Survivors include wife: Nancy of Rochelle; sons: Raymond E. Brown, Harvey L. Brown and Charles W. Brown all of Kirkland, IL; granddaughter: Charlotte Ann Brown
Services will be held at Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle, on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Duane Boehm. Visitation at Unger-Horner on Friday July 1, 2011 from 4 to 7 PM. Burial at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle. A memorial is being established.
