William Paul Cupp, Jr., 59, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at his home in Rochelle. Bill was born on November 5, 1962 to William Paul and Pauline (Morgan) Cupp in Rochelle. On February 14, 1991, he married Tina Justice in Rochelle.

Bill was an avid Cubs and Chicago Bears fan and he especially loved to fish. He worked as a chef for many years but was also a jack-of-all-trades especially carpentry work. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Morgan.

Bill is survived by his wife, Tina of Rochelle; two sons: Patrick (Cassandra Brick) Gaffket and Justin Gaffket both of Rochelle; brother, Ronald Cupp; special niece, Sophia Gabrielle Castillo; nephew, Larry Barnes and his dog, Jennie Faye.
