William Henry Justice, Jr., 73, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at OSF St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. Bill was born on March 19, 1948 to William H. and Stella (Rowlett) Justice in Ewing, Virginia. On May 25, 1968, he married Patty Jo Russell in Rochelle. She preceded in him in death on February 12, 2011.

Bill worked in the electrical, heating and cooling industry for many years, with many customers in the Rochelle and surrounding areas. He was a lifelong member of the Rochelle V.F.W. Post 3878. Bill played the banjo, enjoyed fishing and cooking and especially spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents and wife, Patty, he was predeceased by his sister, Pam Ritchie and half infant sister, Cecelia.

Bill is survived by four daughters: Tina (William) Cupp of Rochelle, Tracy (Rob Kingberg) Russom of Creston, Kelly (Rafael) Contreras and Kate (Randy) Litton both of Rochelle; six siblings: Elaine (Bill) Devault of Marble Hill, MO, Brenda (Donnie) Ming of Vienna, IL, Tim (Joyce) Justice of Franklin Grove, IL, Sherry (Floyd) Smith of Rochelle, Chrylene (Jerry) Reynolds of Broken Arrow, OK, Tammy (Dwight) Jett of Hazard, KY; half sister, Teresa Watson of Indiana; six grandchildren: Patrick and Justin Gaffket, Zachary, Isaac, and Benjamin Contreras, and Sophia Castillo.

The visitation will be from 5 - 7 pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. 6th St., Rochelle. Military graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 29 at Lawnridge Cemetery in Rochelle with military services provided by the Army and the Eastern Lee-Ogle Honor Guard.
