William E. "Bill" Peters, 70, of Rochelle, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Rochelle Gardens. He was born on August 13, 1941 in Raymondville, TX to John E. and Ora M. (Campbell) Peters. On Sept. 4, 1965, Bill married Nadine L. Taylor in Rochelle. He was employed for 35 years by Caron International prior to retiring, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rochelle. Preceding him in death were his parents; and 3 brothers: Gerald and infants: John Mitchell and Jerry Glen.
Survivors include his wife: Nadine of Rochelle; 3 sons: Jeffrey (Lisa) Peters of Monroe, MI,
Michael (Becky) Peters and John Peters of Rochelle; 3 brothers: Ernest (Gloria) Peters of Rochelle, Audie (Janie) Peters of Sedalia, MO, and Larry Judy Peters of Rockford; 2 sisters:
Bessie (Bob) Dunsday of Sedalia, MO and Wilma (John)Thomas of Nixa, MO; 3 grandchildren:
Susan (Tony) Dorwaldt, Caleb Peters and Kensington Peters.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 16, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Rochelle, with the Rev. Doug Cowan officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church.

Burial at Flagg Center Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the family.
