William N. Pigg 65 of Rochelle died Sat. Sept. 12, 2009 at Rochelle Gardens Nursing Home. He was born Feb. 28, 1944 in Mt. Vernon, IL the son of Cletis and Martha D. Pope Pigg. He married Roberta L. Wade April 2, 1984 in Ashton, IL.
He was preceded by 2 sisters Pat Decker and Cheryl Pigg and 2 brothers Toby and Jerry Pigg.
Survived by his wife Roberta, 3 sons Steven (Karen) Martin of Rockford, David Martin of Iowa and Billy Martin. 4 daughters: Michele (Ralph) White of Rochelle, Cathy Colson, Becci (Rod) Abney and Elizabeth Vesterfelt all of Rockford, IL
Nine grandchildren: Jordan, Nicholas, Michael, Steven, Tiffany, Fawn, Holly, Kayleigh, John and Amber.
Twelve great-grandchildren Jade, Olivia, Brayden, Kasia, Alyssa, Kylie, Aurora, Gabriella, Tatianna, Allianna; and John.
